Where is The Edit by K.C located?

The studio is a private suite at Terenzo Suites, 26 Bompas Road, Dunkeld West, Johannesburg, 2196 — a short drive from Rosebank, Hyde Park, Sandton, Parktown North and Craighall. There is secure on-site parking.

What kind of hair extensions do you fit?

Tape-in extensions exclusively. Kacy fits one method rather than offering every option, which means the colour matching, placement and blending are consistent every time. Extensions are matched to your own hair's texture and tone so the join is undetectable, and placed to lie flat and move naturally.

How much do hair extensions and colour cost?

Every service is quoted after a consultation. Length, density, your hair's current condition and the result you're after all change what the work involves, so a flat price list would be misleading. Book a consultation and Kacy will outline the technique, the timeline and the cost before anything starts.

How often do tape-in extensions need maintenance?

Move-ups are generally needed every six to eight weeks, depending on how quickly your hair grows. With proper aftercare the hair itself can usually be re-fitted several times before it needs replacing.

Can I have colour and extensions done in the same appointment?

Often yes — and it's usually the better approach, because the colour and the extensions can be matched to each other rather than worked around. Mention it when you book so enough time is set aside.

Do you do men's hair?

Yes. Gents cuts, skin fades, beard trims and shaping, and grey blending — booked into the same private suite, with the same unhurried consultation.

How do I pay?

Cash or card in the suite. Card facilities are available. We do not accept EFT or instant payments.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes — the studio is by appointment only. It's a single private suite with one client at a time, so there are no walk-ins. Book online through Fresha, call or WhatsApp +27 66 165 8063.
